This neat filling station on the N12 route has been completed in 2023.

Abnormal Groundwater and existing municipal services (Large bore steel pipeline crossing the site)
A brand new tyre facility completed in 2023
The site is situated in a marshland with a highly Clayey material substrate. It was filled with concrete lumps and dump rock to 1m above the wetland area before construction could begin.
The earthworks design and drainage were done in-house by analyzing site conditions and adjusting construction methods, resulting in huge savings to the Client.
Completed in 2021, this area was previously a duck pond with permanent groundwater seepage.
The entire parking area had to be excavated and filled with dump rock. Various subsoil drains and a 400mm stormwater pipe were installed to carry seepage water to the nearby stormwater system.
With minimum paving slopes and restricted access, this project was a huge success.
This facility is a National asset, one of our top projects completed in 2020.
